How long does delivery take?
48 hours. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. Fully stabilised, Store at 2–8 °C. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 96 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Checkout is processed through a secure payment provider. Card details are never stored on our servers.
How is the product packaged?
Box set with pen, cartridge, micro needle pack, wipes, and instructions. Outer packaging discreet.
Are products pharmacist-checked?
Yes. Every batch is compounded in-house and pharmacist checked. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available for each batch.
Do I need a prescription?
Products are pharmacist checked. Please consult your doctor before use.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled before pharmacist release and dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or the contact form with your order reference.
